This overview course explores ways to broaden your vision--how to see with fresh eyes--in order to create images that are more powerful and varied. As we photograph nature, people and buildings, we consider such matters as composition, lens choice, using natural light, capturing human emotions, selecting camera position, selective focus, and making foreground and background complement each other. This course can serve as a useful foundation for all other Horizon courses.
